Brett’s passion for CX can be tracked back to the early days of learning the hospitality management trade. As far back as the 1990’s, Brett understood that customer value was rarely driven by the core item of consumption. Rather, it was passionate staff acting extraordinarily, that unlocked businesses prosperity and competitive advantage. For three decades, Brett has been at the front line, living through the evolution of Customer Service to Customer Experience.
Brett has successfully partnered with clients to implement CX solutions around Service Design, Service Blueprinting, Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality, and Customer Analytics. At the center of Brett’s capability is his ability to implement CX technology solutions that enhance the client’s ability to deliver a great, and consistent, customer experience.
Brett holds numerous qualifications that lend to effectively implementing CX technology solutions. These include an M.B.A from the University of Technology (Sydney), Certificate in Service Quality Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, plus other accreditations.
Brett is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of traCXio. He very much enjoys his role of empowering great people to do great things.
