His experience spans across diverse sectors, including hospitality, consumer packaged goods, technology, medical, and automotive, across Australia, North America and South Asia.
With a robust track record in project management, technology strategies, and customer-centric strategies, he successfully builds fluid integrations of human skills with digital processes that help yield greater efficiencies and deliver robust customer experiences. Simran has worked closely with businesses to create and leverage customer journey maps and service blueprints to successfully enhance their customer experience offerings and generate greater life-time value from their customers and ultimately improve bottom line performance.
A graduate of Bond University, Australia, with an MBA in Marketing and a Master of International Business, Simran is recognised for his expertise, innovative approach and demonstrated leadership in marketing. He also holds certifications in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
